While we strive for absolute precision, building codes vary by jurisdiction. It is the responsibility of the builder/owner to ensure all plans meet current local building codes and zoning requirements before construction begins.

Spokane House Plans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our plans or services.
